Returns Policy

With regards to our products we offer a 12 manufacturers warranty from the date you purchase from ourselves.  Should any manufacturers issues occur we simply ask yourself as the customer to go our to take a look at the issue and if you are happy send us images of problem together with am image of batch labels and the completed service request form which I have attached for your information.  Once we have received this information we send out Homeserve a nationwide company who will visit your customers home and address the issue hopefully on a first time visit.  Please note we do not warrant customer misuse, scuffs and scratches.
With regards to returns if something is noticed upon delivery for us to exchange then the item must be put back in its original packaging and not left in the customers property and we are to be notified as soon as or the next available working day. Please note if the item has been damaged on delivery we can not offer an exchange.
With regards to other companies selling online we do know some of our customer sell online along side their retail shops.
